anyone had any success with the cheap pear trees bought at Lidl's last year - mine look ok (ish) and have hopes for next year
apples have been good this year despite the rotten weather :)

Mine flowered and then the blossom got clobbered by frost, so no pears. The apple trees were bad this year too. The best tree only had 8 apples on it.
