No celery lovers yet then.   :-X

I love turnip, mashed with a bit of butter and black pepper.

I'm going to try the butternut squash recipe, I had some curry flavour butternut squash soup last year, but just chilli sounds good.
I'm a chilli lover too, I made some sauce last year from 10 different types.

Deep fried aubergine grilled with mozzerella cheese
Roasted beetroot with thyme and garlic
Plain boiled beetroot with fresh bread and cheese
New potatoes roasted with fresh rosemary
Courgettes in butter and black pepper
Steamed savoy cabbage
Spinach with cream and cheese
Baked potatoes stuffed with broccoli and onions
Carrots cooked in orange juice with garlic
A HUGE mix of all vegetables in a crock pot roasted then braised in red wine
Whole roasted onions
Leeks in white wine and cheese sauce

........ oh the list is endless  ;D And looking at my list, my arteries are probably a bit 'tough'  ::)

Not so very long ago I had a passionate and tender cyber affair with a with a woman in Australia. I was ready to leave my wife and go to live on the other side of the world.

Then she dumped me. I can only assume it was because I liked broad beans and she didn`t ???

Every veg known to mankind, especially celery raw or braised and potatoes-oh how I love spuds- in any form. I don't eat celeriac because of it's antisocial side effects.  :o ;D

Must say there is not a veg that I do not like, do not know if it is A case of when I was a child I did not get the choice of saying, like children do today, that I do not like this and I do not like that if it was put on the table, thats what you ate. Sorry I know it sounds cruel but that is the way it was 40 to 50 years ago.
