Friend of mine cannot acess the net and the above error message keeps appearing! Any ideas anyone? (I have told her to run a virus check PRONTO!)  Thanks DP

Hi Doris - nobody else has replied;  so for what it's worth, it sounds like a virus infection by the "blaster worm".  Reading about it - seems to a particularly nasty bit of work.
