Stainless steel with a small handle either side instead of one long handle. More verstaile from top of stove to oven and easier to stack in the dishwasher. No wooden or plastic handles to get ruined either.

I got the tefal expert set of anodised pans & although they can't go in the dishwasher it's really not a problem as they wash so easily. I got them from TJ Hughes & they were cheaper than Amazon. They can go in the oven too.
