Dragotzenost Tomato seed
« on: September 28, 2010, 17:09:01 »
Hiya all,

I've been trawling through realseeds.co.uk and sadly they're not doing my favourite tomatoes any more, Dragotzenost (yep sounds like a made up name to me as well). Also I've just caught onto seed saving and have only saved seeds from one of these toms, the biggest and earliest.

I'm wondering if anyone else has any saved seeds from these? I know nought about breeding but thought that seeds from two different toms would be better than just one, and I'd be happy to pay p&p.

PM me if you could help out.

Cheers.

Jon

Wish I could help - Are you sure you have the name correct?
Google has never heard of them which is possible of course but unlikely..
Moved to Portugal - ain't going back!

Hiya Nick,

The names right but the spelling may not be... must be a first though if google hasn't got some reference to the name.

Sorry, I've not tried this variety but I did find it listed at Tatiana's and she has seeds available, here's a link

It is preferable to save from more than one fruit but as long as your tomato has not cross pollinated you should be fine.
