Hi Anne,

I too have bought my pot grown canna into my greenhouse.  It grew very tall so I have cut it down by about two thirds.  I do this every year and then start feeding in the spring and so far have not had any problems, it has grown bigger each year.  I am going to have to split it next spring I think.  Hope this helps.

Pat
