Converting AA files to MP3.

Hi all!
Trying to convert Audio files on a disk to mp3 using Win7. They play on the disk but can't tranfer to my computer files & play from there. Any ideas (simple please)?

Try Google "Convert .aa to .mp3 free" - loads of options.
