Oh dear what a mess.

Only thing I can add is that our plots have a probelm with flooding as we are heavy clay and we have a network of small drainage canals around the plots to help drain the water away a bit faster.  When things have emptied out it might be worth considering if you can find somewhere to move the water to.
is it in the sale?

Just to let you all know then the water has all drained away now and the plants looks ok. But allas, kids have been in our shed again to have a dry sheltered smoke. although they decided to slash the plastic windows and leave there initials scratched in. Not the quickest of kids you understand.

Fingerprints and initials if only the police would be interested.
