Received my packets of Mokum carrots in the post today, off to the plot this afternoon to sow some... ;D ;D ;D

Hope they do better than my others, really patchy germination then slug attack, although I think the hot weather was not to their liking either...hope these like rain.... :-\

I ordered a packet of Mokum carrot as well. Looking forward to sowing it.
I'm going to try growing some in container (black bucket), as my plot is heavy clay.

I'm having problem with patchy germination and slug attacks with all my carrots too. :-\
