operation fuchsia up and running
« on: August 06, 2006, 19:32:55 »
Hi Folks.
As i mentioned when i introduced myself that i will be growing fuchsias for showing next year.
Today i got the 8x6 polycarbonate greenhouse up and running  and already run out of space ::), i did take photo's but all out of focus so will try again tomorrow,  awaiting the arrival of my 10x10 polytunnel and half way into making 5x7 shade house.
All fuchsia have been ordered for next year and yes Veggie have kept to the BFS top ten :D and yes mrs kp you should be getting some rooted cuttings next year ::).
Just waiting for the grandaughter to do the grand opening and tuck into ricecrispy cakes and jelly and ice cream, well she is only 20 months old  ;D.
Take care all and i will post photos when i can work out why they out of focus maybe i should get the grandaughter to take them  ;D

i had a look through my plant labels the other day, and i've "lost" a couple of fuschia varieties which i thought i'd taken cuttings of  so i've only got Rose of Denmark this year ......... :'(.

want anything in return Bob ?  a courgette perhaps ?   :P

Hi Mrs KP.
A couple of cuttings of Rose of Denmark would be fine. A 20x20 greenhouse might come in handy if you have one lying around as i have run out of space again ;D.
