There are all sorts of plg trays at:

http://www.lbsgardendirect.co.uk/default.asp

Cant see any with covers yet though it might be worth a call to them.

It might also be worth contacting CHA:

http://www.cha-hort.com/Buyers-guide/cell_trays.htm

They list suppliers of trays and they might be able to point you in the right direction. Order quantity might be an issue though.

Finally these might work:

http://www.thegardensuperstore.co.uk/acatalog/Cavity_Insert_Trays__Bedding_.html

You could cut them into strips a maybe fashion a lid in some way to protect the seedlings.

Not much help...sorry.

I looked on their site - couldn't find them - whereabouts are these products listed, and what do they call them?
