Title: Tis that time of year.
Post by: Mrs Ava on May 24, 2005, 23:43:41: Elderflower time that is! I see the flowers in my part of Essex are just starting to open. I shall have to ready myself for the creation of cordial!!!

I have seen are still in green bud, however did find about 25 heads,

so enough to make a batch of something ;D

P.S. Why do they always seem to have a jungle of stinging nettles

growing at the base of the tree... :-\
