Title: Help wanted
Post by: Val on April 05, 2005, 18:14:56
When I ...[is it down load, or up load?]...animations into photobucket if its bmp it won't transfer to a site forum but it works okay with gifs. Can anyone tell me why and is there anything I can do about it thanks Val.

No idea Val.  My pictures are all JPEG extensions and I do not have a problem downloading to photobucket.

When you download your photos onto your hard drive, I wonder whether maybe you should have to name them Mypicture.JPEG.  Not sure  ???  Hopefully someone else can help you.

Hi Marianne and Ken. I've also found out that bmp are the largest files and photobucket has a 250kb restriction, so it stops the animation when its reduced. think I'll stick to gif and jpg, or small animations. Thanks again for your help.
