We're currently on holiday in Granada, and saw the plant below on a visit to a garden today. Can anyone ID it please?

I think it's a celosia.... It also looks a bit like monarda too🤔

I had a look at pics of your suggestions and think the foliage definitely looks more like the cocks comb from what I can see.......thanks for that! :icon_cheers:
