This is a very odd bird spotted sitting in the gutter outside the bedroom window!
-
Great spotted catfinch perhaps??? ;D ;D ;D
-
Oh dear, cat in trouble ! I hope you let him in Eric !?
::)
-
Glad I haven't got a family of them nesting in my neighbours attic, like we have sparrows!
-
Oh Doris, sparrows are lovely. They seem to have completely disappeared in this area ! I wonder where they have gone to ?!
??? :(
-
Frightened away by the gutter perching cat. By the way she jumped onto the extension roof, then onto the window ledge and onto the ground.
-
Marianne, they are all in my garden! Nesting in my hedges, and generally waking us up at some unearthly hour! ;D
Beautiful looking cat Eric ;D Glad you didn't have to rescue her! ;D
-
- Eric - thank god Mr Cat is alright ! ;D :D
Doris - Glad to know they have gone to a good home, even if
they do wake you up early in the morning ... ;D ::)
-
My parents have a similar type of bird visit their bird table for bread. Fortunately they never seem to bother the other birds!

is it the 'tiggy bird', Palustris? sunbathing perhaps? my tabby cat likes to sit in the gutter when the sun is round. or birdwatching? or looking for mischief?!
