Title: White hydrangea has pink tinge - what can I do?
Post by: Debs on September 18, 2013, 12:20:43
My hydrangea was a beautiful clean white colour but I've recently noticed it has a pink tinge to the blooms

Can anything be done to restore it back to pure white ?

No.  Most white hydrangeas fade through shades of pink as they age.  Most people find it attractive.

Thanks Obelix
That's a shame, it was a beautiful pure white

Yes they are beautiful when white but they age very gracefully and there's beauty in that too.
