Title: earwigs in the bird boxes

I decided to look in the bird boxes to see if we'd had anything using them ,yes a wren's wee nest it had gone, but hundreds of earwigs were nesting there I thought that would put the birds off, it was awful trying to cox the earwigs out the boxes I did manage it , and washed it and repainted it and now it's up for rent again minus earwigs :)
