Just to see if I can do it again; heres the view from the back door.
The conifer in the middle has already booked an appointment with the tree surgeons when they come to trim the Leylandii hedge ( an inherited feature) beyond which is the veggie patch.

Nice Pics RR.  As you say small but perfectly formed.

Loosing the conifer should give you more space wont it?  Pity you cant loose the leylandii as well. ;)

Like the mini greenhouse. I have two of these, very useful arent they?

Well I think I' ve got it sussed , thanks Teresa and Mysticmog, next time I'll try bigger pics!!!!

Richard, I think you were the only one who got my Ist attempt; I actually don't mind the leylandii, they're cut to expose space underneath which I use as storage for things in pots as provides some protection. I also have my ccoldframe in their lea. Littl'un also uses the area as a playground. Blackbirds regularly use them as a nesting area and they divide the garden neatly into recreation and veggie. They also mean no one can see me working at the top and less interuptions.

..... oh and they mean I get visits from my tree surgeons, who are great fun, let me help and are pleasing on the eye.......
...........I think they might stay..... (the trees not the boys, on the other hand,  ::) )

I could see both, starting from the one you posted at 10.30pm last night.  Just small scale but definitely there!  Congrats.
