Thanks you lot! The crockery may become pathways as per Eric's idea!! The main part of my lottie that I have been working for a few years now is flat.I just had to ask who the brambles belonged to didn't I !! So step terrace gardening for me  ;D
Teresa, i think that the previous tenant hated his wifes crockery and piece by piece took it up his lottie n smashed it!! i am now a dab hand with a grappling hook!! Size 8, cor that would be nice!!! (might post a real piccie of me then! ;D thinking of facing the wood with some lovely mosaics! That would make em all talk on the site ;D ;D ;D
Richard, wish you did live nearby, then you could have a go with my swap and hooker!!  ;)(How many of you were given a hooker for Christmas!)
Gardener....tried making tea in the crockery but it all fell through! Found a suede glove,an old rake, a jam jar and part of a chair today ;D Oh and about 5 plastic bags >:(

Wow Doris.  Excellent!  You certainly don't mind hard work huh!  So, I figure growing up on terraces like that, faster drained soil and warmer soil.  What are your planting plans?
