Post by: gordonsveg on October 13, 2010, 16:54:56
We have a second crop of aubergines on my one plant in the G/H ithought the plant was dying off so just gave it a drop of water now and again,it sprouted a lot of new flowers and one set and now have a good sized fruit with a few tiny ones.
 Can i overwinter this plant.

I kept one (a Black Beauty) over last winter in my unheated conservatory, it flowered and fruited only a little while ahead of the spring sown plants, and I discovered too late it was harbouring greenfly....I shan't bother again.
