Title: about the allotment meeting on sunday

hello i was wondering does anyone know a frank randle who is up against john howard on the freemantle road allotment i thinking of voting for john but i not sure who is frank can some tell me who he is please

no i was not does that matter i was told that i can still vote i could not make the other meeting because of work

I doesn't matter, just that if you were @ the meeting you'd have known who he was!
he has an allotment on gate 4.

the meeting was well attended, John Howard won the vote by 14 to 11 votes.
