If your site is self-managed, we would be very interested in knowing the type of Agreement that you have with the “landlord” (ie owner, or head lease holder). We wish to become self-managed and would like to know the pros and cons of the various types of Agreements; eg under-lease; facility management; etc). Copies of Agreements and the supporting Constitutions would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

If you are members of NSALG they can provide you with draft agreements, constitutions etc, if you're not I would strongly recommend joining as you will be able to get all the advice you need for self-management.

We are self managed and are members of the NSALG. We have used the constitutions set by the NSALG as we are having problems maintaining a copy of the Deed of Trust for the land our allotment stands on.
The NSALG have recommended since we are having problems obtaining the Deed of Trust for the land if we use / go by their constitutions that they will support us going forward legally in the event of any problems.
