Title: Strawberry Stacking Pot - Save 85% off TM Price
Post by: mpdjulie on March 05, 2010, 13:19:10
I went into town today and I thought that I'll have a look in the 99p shop and Poundland, this time of year they do some good bargains for the lottie.  In the 99p Store they have these:

This is the link to it in TM http://thompson-morgan.com/sundries1/product/aww2510/1.html
Although it doesn't come with the hanging chain part - I'm not sure I would want to hang an item as large as this - I think it is still very cheap.
They are 99p per layer, so for £2.97 you have essentially the same thing while TM  are selling it for £19.99 not including PP which is a minimum of £4.45.  Overall a good saving I think.

Guess where I am going tomorrow, I love a good bargain, have a few pound coins to spend.
Thanks for the tip, expect they have sold out in lovely Enfield, but may get some slug pellets for 99p and have a look.

I bought four in the Swindon P
oundstretcher.... had to drill drainage holes myself but the good thing is that they can sit out in the flat most of the time with all strawbs getting equal sun, but when I need the space I can slot them up .... mines got 9 strawbs in the loiwer three rungs and four Garden Pearl tomatoes in the top layer....

My strawberrys are doing very well in them but the bottoms one are dying think it could be a slug.

A little off topic but i am looking for these have been to 7 poundland shops already around the east midlands. If anybody happens to see them could they please let me know at which poundland.
