A very shy robin this one, taken me ages to get a picture of him.
The thrush also took some getting, it hides in the bushes most of the time.

Eric, I just love your photos. Robins are my favourite and that one is so beautiful.
Squash-Robins have so much personality don't they? I love them.  :)

Emmy, I think it's because robins are not at all frightened of us that makes them so nice to have around.  As soon as I go on my plot, one comes close and looks at me as if to say "hurry up and turn some soil over so I can have my dinner"!  So, whether I intended to dig or not, I dig. :)
