I am sick and tired of rabbits eating all my graveside flowers. Any suggestions as to what our furry friends find least palatable or would a circle of holly round the flowers work?
-
A few strong herbs amongst the flowers will put them off , Try a bit of curry plant

Have a look on the RHS advice site. They do a list of plants which are supposedly rabbit resistant.

I didn't know rabbits ate flowers.
You live and learn. :D
-
will try the herbs, what do you think of the holly idea?!
-
A pyracantha wreath might keep them at a safe distance? :-\

i have the same problem with flowers on my mums grave with rabbits and deer. my dad has started putting pepper on the flowers to try and stop them. they seem to dislike red carnations. mind you - i'm not keen on red carnations either.

We have a lot of trouble with rabbits but you can now buy a spray that does stop them eating plants, you do need to respray after a lot of rain but it stopped them with many of our plants.
