I thought I'd post a link to this book. I bought it earlier this year and I've found it invaluable for extra or new ideas for what to cook with all the lovely veggies from my plot. As well as the recipes she gives other ideas on how to prepare, cook, and serve them. It does have a few recipes with meat and fish in, but not many. The veggies are the stars in the recipes not an addition to meat, so a good book for veggies ;D

Meant to say the recipies are easy to follow and don't have zillions of ingredients or stages. Very little faffing !
