I have not written for a while but i have found a small sack of first early potatoes (NADINE)
they are all sound with a few small chits on them. Will they be OK to plant? I'm a real amateur when it comes to veggies. I wrote early in the year about leggy tomato seelings the advise given was great, I'm now the proud owner of very healthy tomatoes.

i'm sure someone will tell you how to grow pots for Xmas. It's a mystery to me. Perhaps Nadine are suitable......I've just dug all mine up, finished an hour ago 8)

Maggie we grow Nadine every year and I think you will find that they are a second early. We grow them as a maincrop to store over winter. I would bung em in rather than waste them. What have you got to lose
