Potato problems, (Swift and Ulster Sceptre) I'd appreciate your views on these please

Almost certain its not blight.

Maybe some sort of deficiency?.Possibly Manganese

If it is blight the stems will be affected as well, so I agree with Fork.. probably not the Blight...  :-\

Browning between the veins like that is Magnesium defficiency
