forgive me if this has been posted but the allotment regeneration initiative..ARI is sorting out grants from the lottery fund..all you secretaries, get stuck in, max from awards for all is 10,000..also available smaller grants.

I'm not sure, if you go on the site, you can follow a link to who's allowed and if you're suitable..I know allotments can as we've had 5,000 off them a couple of years ago  :)

Hi MS. What was the total from your plant sale this year & what sort of things can be applied for with the grants.

Hiya, Janet, up to 1500 with bits to come, we've had grants for paving, sheds, polytunnel, fencing, paint for the fence, just, all the bits and pieces and labour is included, pm if you need more details..I'm away from sat for a few days but back from thursday next  ;D

Since being made aware of the ARI I have e-mailed my leader at the local council to make her aware of the £850,000 on offer I will also be at our allotment shop this morning to find out if they know anything about ARI, :)
