Just come from lottie worked some ground over and put a 27ft row of peas in. A variety called Tommy a semi leafless variety which I have never grown before. Covered them with fleece to give them a good start hop to have them ready to go with the early potatoes.

That's some row of peas Richard, do you want to come up this weekend and do one for me ;D
DebP grew a semi leaf (Bikini?) last year and they were very good... :)

Hoping to get another row of spuds in tomorrow Dave, Love to fill me freezer up with peas and the Grandson loves them.

I've been bulking up my "heritage" peas and probably have enough to do some "proper" rows now... :)

Very supprised how dry the ground was for working today.
