Title: pattypans

we have finally got some pattypans on our plants  ;D   but have no ideas on whats next?
I only bought them cos I liked the colour ;)  - they are bright yellow ones and I can't find them anywhere in my cook books ???

We cook them the same as a courgette but pattypans are a little 'meatier', great in soup.or cut up into same size chunks and boil for 5 mins drain and add cripy bacon and cheese  or bake along side toms and aubs  as in raterthingy,hope this helps ,remember to pick 'em small.Enjoy.
