Look fine to me.  (I like the idea of removing the trays from the stand so it can be used for support ;))

taste is superb, sweet and juicy! (lovely in a Pimms!) yes i keep the cover on the frame to increase humidity early on, then remove cover and leave frame as support. ;)

They look fantastic, tonybloke.  It's not a variety I have heard of.  Where did you get the seeds, so we can all join in. ;D
