pak choi, chinese cabbages, spring cabbages, chicories, turnips, radishes, oriental salads such as mustards, mizuna, mibuna - for starters  :)

our second crop french beans are coming up nicely, 7 days germination  ;D
plus peas and mange tout

Calendula has got a good idea if you like spicy salad - I got some lovely salad leaves from the oriental salad mix someone gave me - we were having them right into winter. I think they just went to seed after Christmas.

And mustard leaves - when they get a bit big and tough, you can cook them.

I also got some beetroot from a late sowing - but I forget how late, maybe not as late as august.

and yes radishes are good - v fast from sowing to eating.
