Anyone have a recipe for Gazpacco soup?

The only one we use is rather long (including all the garnishing) - & may not be the mixture you prefer - so, meanwhile, have you looked at Google's recipes? They at least give you a feel for it? If no luck, I'll try to help. = Tim

There are 100s of recipes, many with bread, but here is hers = Tim

This is my recipe:
for 4 people
1kg ripe tomatoes
0,5 ltr chickenbouillon/ stock
1 cucumber
1 red pepper
small cauliflower
2 garlic
2 onions
1 tabl sp. olive oil
1 teasp. sugar
pepper, salt, chili powder
2 tabl sp. Parmesan cheese
100 gr small breadcroutons fried in garlic  :P :P

Cut half of cauliflower, cucumber, pepper, onion and 2 tomatoes  in cubes- put on plate, dish in fridge
Put rest of tomatoes,cauliflower, garlic, onions, cucumer in blender
Add bouillon and olive oil
Add pepper, salt, sugar and chili powder
Than everything through sieve and in fridge at least 60 min.
serve with some fresh coriander on top  :D

One  simpler gazpacho soep is this one:
1 chopped green pepper, 1 chopped onion,
1 pound chopped tomatoes, 4 crushed garlic, coriander,
3 tabl.sp. lemon juice, 2 tabl.sp.tom.puree, salt, pepper

Everything in blender, add some bouillon/ stock and put in fridge
