Title: Warm beds?
Post by: Doris_Pinks on February 03, 2004, 15:36:22
Not sure where to put this!!! But i thought one of recyclers out there would come up with a brilliant idea!  I have replaced my old king sized polyester duvet, any ideas what I can do with it, did think of using it to warm up my beds, but thought that it would become incredibly heavy when it got wet! Or perhaps cut up and used as capilliary matting in the greenhouse?  Must be something gardening wise I can use the old one for...........look forward to your suggestions!! Dottie P.

um...ployester, so no feathers for the compost heap.  :'(  I think greenhouse snuggling is a great idea....I am sitting here looking out the window trying to think what on earth you could do with an old duvet in the garden....I could think of something to use it for in the shed...ahem ;) best not go down that route...  ;D
