Interesting that the chap in Wales wants to know if it will cost the tax payer

We, as an association, lease the land from our council and they pay nothing what so ever, we are totally self sufficient. The actually charge us rent, but we are allowed to use this for repairs.

The land is just flood plain between railway and motorway, with a gas main  underneath and a public footpath aside, the land can not be built on.
