Mmm this might sound rude..not meant to be, but why? Is it for curiosity or a genuine harvest.

its for harvest ;D
olive trees are next
-
ours are for Callum, our grandson, thought it a curiosity for him ;D

Well I guess they are intersting and useful. I know absolutely nothing about them other than they are nuts under the ground.
Thank you

I planted my peanuts about 3 weeks ago, but nothing is showing. Are they very slow to germinate? I am thinking I will have a rummage and if the seed still has not germinated, I will replant and put the pots in the heated propagator. They are currently in the conservatory. The temp is between 17-20 degrees.

airing cupbord will be better they like it warm, i started mine off in there a little water every other day with a clear poly bag over them, they are now 6 inch tall ready for replant

growing mine simply for fun, and it is starting to germinate after only a few days, i am growing the peanut (2) that i managed to grow last year ;D
