Dig it up and sling on the compost, or can I use it?

I've got a few tiny bulbs that I was hoping to roast for dinner tonight, unless someone tells me otherwise.

I think you can use the tops as per normal fennel, if you've any bulb you can use that as per normal -only more as a flavouring than a main course.
