Not received those, sorry. Don't know what happened to them.  ???
An idea is to send the pic E-mail and also post it to another E-address you have to check that all's ok with it.

Congratulations to CHLOE for a stunning photo.   I must admit to voting for the single blue iris as I just loved the colours :)
Unfortunately no-one liked my white lupins, but I was very pleased with them this year as they were the only batch that did not suffer from the dreaded lupin aphid :(

Many thanks to all those that voted for my photo.

I feel really chuffed.

Gardengirl I loved your white lupins but forgot to vote for any of them.  Lupins always bring back childhood memories for me so always grow them on the plot, never had a white one though.

The one with the most votes, FL. In this case it's pic #1

Gardengirl, I loved your white lupins and it was difficult to decide between them and the lovely white blossom of number 5 which in the end got my vote.  It was a hard decision to make as the lupins were very appealing and I adore white flowers.

Thank you and the other two people who voted for my picture of the iris.  It was taken at Wisley Gardens.

Help, I have just logged in after quite a while and want to look at the flower comp pictures, where are they? I would like to have a look at the winner but can't work out where the link is to look at the pics... Am I being stoopid or something?

By the way thank you Pauline, the white blossom no 5 was my pear tree...

but I want to look at the section with voting to see how it went, just can't find it..Lin

Hi Lin,
The Blooms 2007 winners section is still 'active' and so is in the 'sticky topic' area.
Open up 'competition' and you'll see it at the top of the page.

Well when I go into competition there are only two sections under Blooming, one is this one - comments, the other is a list of the pictures, but I would like to look at the voting page... the other comps it was easy to look at how the voting went, but can't see a section under Blooming, but not to worry, I was just curious! Lin, did you actually vote in the Bloom competition.  If not, I don't think you will be able to see the results.

When we created a dedicated place for comments on each particular subject, people voiced concern that others might be influenced by past voting, so in order to see the voting results it was thought better to have it 'blind' and only shown after a person had voted.

Aaaa! That makes sense, although I was sure I had voted... but maybe I didn't after all, thanks for the replies, will know to definitely vote next time.

Actually I am quite surprised knowing how many folks are on here, that so few do vote, it's not as if there is a lot to do on the plots, went over to mine for leeks and brussels today, but apart from that it was just a frozen wasteland.

So come on, more voters means it's more fun (and that from someone who obviously didn't vote on this one... doh!)  Lin

my vote went to 4 because it was so 'in your face' that amazing colour hits you straight away but on reflection I think they all had that 'in your face' quality  :)
