I often use gin for sprains, put it in the fridge and when it is chilled drink it and rub the sprain with the cold bottle


Stout used to be the remedy, puts a road right through you, better than prunes.

How fabulous Tim, which hospital is that?? I live just around the corner from the Gloucester Royal, can run there quickly if that's the one and they're handing out bottles!

i have had many patients prescribed alcohol, brandy, stout you name it gets written on the back of the drug prescription chart you can bet your bottom dollar its the only one the patients never forget to ask for and never refuse to take ha ha
