Is there any support for a "Grumpy Old Men" forum where we can bang on? Clearly, the Ladies may wish to have their own; or have a joint "Grumpy Old Gits" forum?

I'll start. Staff in shops, banks, hotels etc. who when the phone rings, immediately abandon me and my business in favour of the unknown punter on the phone. Why should that person take priority over me when I was there first? >:(

And why is that book yellow? Who dreamt that up....some lazy slob at BT no doubt....and why don't they take the old one away....they earn a fortune from it but we have to cart it to the recycle bin. Load of plonkers.

My colleague found out later that the chap had walked off with the yellow pages. I do so hope that there is now a chap in Malawi called Pressed Steel Fixtures.
