Title: FOCUS Stores Expensive 'Roundup'

A couple of weeks ago I bought Roundup (weedkiller) in the 280 ml concentrated pack for £14.99 at FOCUS (Louth), £13.50 after my 10% 'wrinklies' discount.

Yesterday at WILKO (in Lincoln) same pack on normal sale (not special offer) for £10.99  ....

it sure pays to shop around

For those of us who don't mind using glyphosate, this is a real bargain ...

I bought the 5 litre size.  Less than £59 for enough to treat a hectare.  It'll last several seasons, even on our bindweed-infested lottie.  ;D

That is a H*ll of a good deal .... doing the math it's £3.29 for 280 ml, a saving of £7.70 on WILKO and an incredible £11.70 on FOCUS.

Even better deal if you could pick up from Spalding, no shipping costs

Far too much for my current wee job, but would be a fantastic saving for an Allotment Society or a group of mates.
