I have seen all sorts of things on the internet.
Has anyone built or seen one, that is as good as a bought one.

I`m not sure if this is an answer or if I am hi-jacking your thread. But Cleo is one happy bunny,my solar tunnel will need a new cover next year (after 12 years) and they are still around-I`m happy because;
1-They are good
2-A couple of folk can put one up in a morning-no trenching etc needed
3-I was worried they might not still be around. :)

Hi Gary, a lot of 'the blokes' on my lottie site have built theirs with discarded double glazing units (one of them is a builder though!). They have all the windows fixed to wooden uprights and crossbeams, double glazed doors and the roofs, yep more d/g units!
They do look really cosy if a bit odd! ;D

Hi Gary, just sent you a PM on DIY polytunnels
-
Thanks Allan
Have replied with my concerns about MDPE pipe but what a polytunnel it is. You should post the link on here for others to see as yours was one of the ones I had seen a while ago and probably the best DIY (no distrespect) that I have seen whilst looking.

As Gary suggested here is a link to my site. http://www.freewebs.com/alanparkin/
For anyone that is interested there is a page on how to make a polytunnel.
