- yes, the best.

But happened to have left-over pasta sauce - sweated Chestnut Mushrooms, Parsley, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Cream & Truffle Oil.

A great addition. A little je ne sais quoi!!

I made it once and we really enjoyed it,although without all of the adjustments i might add, seems like you could teach Jamie a thing or two Tim  ;)
