mackeral and horseradish pate. how much horseradish to 8 oz of macky.

I'd start with a good lollopy tablespoon of h'radish sauce and taste for 8 oz macky, then work up from there if you need to :) macky can take a lot 8)

if it had been yours fresh grated, that would be 1 teaspoonful and work up!

That's what I was going to do but thanks for confirming. I did not want to waste the fish with too much.
