...Mirabilis jalapa - Marvel of Peru, aka the Four o'clock Flower.
I harvested the seeds this year, both yellow and pink - though, if you want a particular colour, be warned - I wouldn't trust my labelling skills!
Not bothered about anything in return, though if you have seeds of something I can eat, smell or climb, feel free!
-
Yes id love some please, anything for my bold borders!!!
-
Oh yes Please Amazin, would like to give it a go! DP
-
Please, Amazin, andI have lots of veggie seeds to offer you......
-
Ooo Amazin, an I too late? Both colours if poss, I'm sure I can find something fun in return.
-
All are welcome!
If your outboxes are up and running please feel free to PM me your details.
I can receive PMs at present, though I still can't send any out.
Time to call for SuperDan!

-
Would love to have some Amazin' don't do veggies anymore :'( but I'm sure that I can find you something nice and smelly ...........somewhere ;)
-
Hi there, i cant find an email or pm anywhere to leave you my address? Help...
-
Me again.
Just to say I now have my Outbox facility back. I tried to PM you to let you know, but SOME of you – tsk! tsk! finger wagging time! – still have your inboxes stuffed to the gunnels so my messages kept getting knocked back.
Yup, that 5-message Inbox limit sure is a killer!
Anyway, rest assured your seeds have been set aside for you already, so whenever you’re up and running again, were here! In the meantime this’ll let you know what you’re in for:

There’s been mention of sending me something in return but please don’t feel obliged.
If you really want to, I’ll warmly welcome whatever you choose.
And it doesn’t even have to be growable – a new house, a 26” LCD flat screen TV and/or a butler will do just as nicely.

Hi Amazin'. If you have any left, can I just have a few please? I think you know where I live. ;)

-
Course you can, G!
By the way, have you saved any seeds from your CGs? I think I'm in for a fine crop next year - don't know which kind though as I mixed up the fruits. I think some of them might actually be Naranjillas as they were purple.
-
Great thanks. Oh yes, I've saved some of the fiddly lil b*ggers! Suppose it wont be long before we have to get sowing. Are we having a competition again? ;)

Ooooooh go on then!
But I should warn you, I've kept the original plants in their pots to see if they'll overwinter...

Oh, that is so not fair. I was going to do that too but mine got caught by a surprise frost. :( BTW, who won this year's comp? Don't recall seeing any of YOUR pics. ;)

Gunnerbee,
I can't PM you as your Inbox is full.
Can you get your Outbox Facility back (ask Dan the Man), so you can send me your details?
PS - Seeds quite safe!
-
Hi Amazin'. Seeds arrived safely today. Ta muchly. ;D
G xx
PS I said a few!!! ;)
-
YES MINE TOO, THANK-YOU VERY MUCH, WILL PLANT THEM IN POTS AS I HAVE SOME CREEPING BUTTERCUP TO MURDER FIRST!!!
-
P.s did you want any veggie seeds in return??
-
Hi all,
Glad to hear the seeds have started arriving.
I'm almost certain I labelled them correctly when I first harvested them, but I thought I'd hedge my bets. I'm sure they cross-pollinate anyway, so you might even end up with stripey flowers!
By the way, I had far more yellow plants than pink this year, hence the difference in numbers.
Not sure if you should give 'em a bit of a soak before planting, like sweet peas.
Many thanks for your kind offers of seeds. Nothing springs to mind right now - no change there, then!
