Thank you very much, these look absolutely delicious, I will have to have a go at the paneer as soon as possible. It will probably be accompanied by some of my copious quantities of curry sauce, with vegetables and rice ... The recipes are duly saved in my recipes folder ...

What happens if you haven't got melon seeds - very likely?
