Lookin' good sammy ! {:¬)#
-
Sammy, in photobucket there are 3 links shown ...
URL, tag, and Img links
Copy the third one of these, complete and then paste it into a post, on a separate line, ignoring any of the buttons in the post window.
That should then give you a picture ... :)

Lovely allotment. Where did you get the red netting from?
Love the recycling or doors and things. ;D ;D
Lily
-
hello
going to try to post new pic
the netting i found on the lottie.. i used old bed bases and netting to keep the rabbits and birds away..
the netting is from construction sites used as fencin me thinks
here goes this is a photo of the lottie yesterday am, taken before the photo in above post
(http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d120/sammyde/IMG_0842.jpg)
-
thanks derek :D
-
Is that your car?. Isn't it nice when you can drive straight up to the plot. Easier for taking heavy things down to the site.
Lily
-
yeh.....
makes it handy to take down tools and junk i find..
but also for the radio for a sing and a dance whilst gardening....
new years resolution to cycle though.. we'll see ;)
-
In my old age, (did I hear someone say I'm there already ;D ;D ) I fancy a three wheeler, instead of the car, with a trailer behind or a basket on the handle bars. One to carry the tools and the other to carry the harvest.
I can just see it now, little old lady on a 3 wheeler !!! Very environmentally friendly, if not a bit weird. ;D ;D

tha sounds a lovely idea...
go for it girl!! 8)

Excellent pictures Sammy, my plot is only accessible by foot, down some narrow paths, but it does make it rather secluded, so I am happy with that arrangement.
Perhaps a wind up radio to keep in the shed for next year... ?
Derekthefox :D
-
Is that snow Sammy, or do you have a serious cocaine habit? ;)
-
Cheeky TM Not all like you yer know :)
I've got a wind-up radio and it's brilliant. Keep it in my shed :)
-
Do you dance on the plot as well then Wardy?
Derekthefox :D
-
I'm sure I've heard that the chap that invented the windup radio has also invented the windup laptop. Is there no keeping the workplace out of the allotment. ;)
Lily
-
At first, I thought that your post was a 'wind up' !!! but not so according to Google ...

It's my OH that comes up with snippets like that, so if I was wrong, I'd blame him. Or it could have been one of my 'Senior moments' that we of a certain age use as an excuse. I have to say I will not be taking one to the lottie. A wind up radio perhaps but not a wind up laptop!! ::)
Lily
-
I had tried a radio, but found I preferred the silence ...
Derekthefox :D
-
I love silence too Derek or listening to birds. If in the shed though potting up or tidying I put the wind-up radio on and dance away to any good records which might get played. In my shed I can act as daft as I like ;D
Speaking of shed. I seem to have mislaid an opened can of camping gas. Can't find it anywhere so wanted to check in the shed but it's snowing like hell :(
-
The only time I listen to the radio is for significant news or sports events - for everything else there is listen again available through BBCi.
