Title: Farmer Pumpkin
Post by: Glyn on October 16, 2005, 14:16:55
Farmer Pumpkin lives down the road from me..
And has lot's of Pumpkin's, as you can see.

I've seen better harvest's than this one. But because of a really hot summer.. (we had 40 day's of over 35 cel) It effected everything, and everyone.

The other pics bring back memories of taking eldest to a pumpkin farm in Canada when she was about 2, got pics of her standing on a whopper!
We picked our own to carve.
That was the trip we also went to a maple syrup farm, the smell was fab............ahhh happy days! ;D

Looks like pumpkin heavan.  How enormous the big one is, surely a record? Would hate to have to transport that one. Lovely pics for pumpkin fans to see Glyn, thanks!  :) busy_lizzie
