Nice looking cat there Pete - reminds me of mine just a few months ago and she has blossomed into gorgeous cat with a really nice (too nice sometimes i.e. at 4am) nature.

Less than a week here and he has made himself at home (the toes are not mine by the way!)

You'll have to wait a long time. We 'lost' him on Saturday morning (he was under the computer desk) and my son was in floods of tears. You can't help but love him (even though it is 2.30 in the morning and he wants to play)

Is he a moggy or a posh puss ?  The only reason I ask is that I took on a 4 yr old british blue shorthair.  I think he may have looked like your puss had I owned him when he was ickle.  I missed out on that bit unfortunately.  He was an indoors cat when we got him and now hes allowed out so he kind of had a relapse into kittenhood when he first discovered grass etc.  Ahhhh.  Hope your puss cat gives you hours of fun.

Very much a moggy. He looks like he may end up with some stripes. He can type as well. great when you're entering passwords!!

Strange thing happened last night, especially given your question as to whether he was posh. We took him to the vets for his first jab and the first thing the vet asked was whether we had all his 'papers' The vet hought he was a British blue shorthair also. As we are unsure of his parentage, it appears that his father must have been a BBS and had been having his wicked way with the lower classes!

Keep posting the photos so we get an idea when he grows  up.  As I said I rescued my one from a broken home and I always said I would never have a posh anything.  I dont think he seems anything different from a moggy exept he does like to follow me around the house (in the loo etc) when indoors.  That could be because he was a house cat for so long though.  Right now he is outside doing that sideways running as the wind is up his tail.  Nutter.
My friend had 5 BSH and she says he is a perfect example.  What do I care eh?  As long as he remains a constant source of amusement that'll do me.

He don't like having his pic taken, eh?  Or was it because he was sitting somewhere he shouldn't and you caught him?   ;) ;D
